So I'm currently in the process of moving my FF stuff around (long story, involves new computers and new HDs) but I'm not sure if I even still had it or even if I ever released it... does anyone by chance happen to have my Proletariat (Colossus) skin, or even just an image of it? I don't really need to use it for in-game, t'was just feeling nostalgic about it but I didn't come up with anything on a cursory search on the forum and archives.

That's the bastich, thank you. Yeah, I'm 99% sure that's my skin... though WOW it's more jank than I remember. I went ham on the bevel tool on the straps and boots, ick.



Also, because I couldn't help myself, I did a bit of work to adapt it over to my Colossus_TM mesh (basically just skinned the extras and added refl). I made the hat piece in that mesh specifically for this outfit and intended to do it at the time, but then C6 did the standard and I didn't bother. Not worth making its own proper release, if anyone wants it I threw it in with the mesh on Heroforce.

Glad that was it. Always good to back up everything, good or bad, to keep it from getting lost. Hoarders like Daglob were always good for finding lost art when they were around.

And 2005 was a long time ago. We're coming up on the 20th anniversary for FFvt3R.

Yeah, I always tried to keep at least what I've made JIC (I had every version of my avatar for YEARS), but I've gone through a few bad HD crashes and I lost a lot of my early work about a decade or so back iirc. I have backups of my newer HF-related stuff (plus now the FFF site data) floating around in a few places online for that reason.

Reason this one came up was that it's always weirdly stuck with me for some reason (Again, I meshed the stupid hat for my Colossus mesh) and someone did a tiktok skit that started with Colossus and Arcade and I immediately knew it was about this absurdity.

Haha, I imagine that's sorta' like looking back at my old writing, always a harrowing experience.  However, I think he looked good, and he looks even better now!

I have this mesh named proletarian, but in the readme appears as author Grenadier and the skin appears as a kitbash.

That appears to be the same file, but the included readme is admittedly misleading. The mesh is a hex of Gren's Colossus, and I *think* the readme comes from the original release. It doesn't appear as though I included my own readme at that time (This is why you make your own readmes! Every time!) because it mentions the coat, which is turned off, and that skin is clearly just a mix of C6's base skins.

Then again, I ALSO didn't bother with new portraits, so I'm very disappointed in past Tomato generally anyway.
