Okay I'll make this quick...

We had some heavy SQL activity, which means we were probably attacked. I talked to Lunar Pages and they moved us to a different server briefly. I also contacted Randy but haven't heard from him yet. I don't know how long this will be up but keep your fingers crossed.

Well, I don't personally have issues, but I've been in touch with tue and he still can't see anything but the error page (he even restarted his comp when it came up for me.)

Have him delete temporary internet files. My browser just found it again, and I'm sure I checked it more recently than over an hour ago.

If he's still seeing the "there's a problem" page, I would suspect the DNS for his ISP, but I admittedly don't have as much experience with that end as I'd like. I would think it would resolve itself again by tomorrow.

Obviously the board is back at this link: http://freedomreborn.net/forums/index.php

However, when trying to go through the Welcome Page, it redirects to the Four Color Explosion site, saying that Freedom Reborn is down.

http://www.freedomreborn.net is the Welcome Page I am talking about.

Just wanted to provide some information, hope it helps out somehow.

We've updated to the latest version of the software. I'm sure some of you may be having issues here or there. I'll be working on getting our theme back up and running, but in the mean time, I'd go ahead and switch to the SMF default theme.

upon further looking, our Archive link isn't working, either. "Unable to load the 'main_above' template." yay.

Hey folks, as Randy mentioned, some of us may be having some trouble with our usual DilberMC theme for a bit. Last night, I enabled theme selection for members, but the board went wonky on me before I could post a note about it.

If you are having trouble with the page layout, go to this page where you can choose the "SMF Default Theme - Core" (the second choice on the page), which should be serviceable for now.

I may go post a sticky on this as well...

So we're back for now. I have done a few things that will hopefully resolve issues in the short term until we can identify and resolve the issues causing the high consumption of resources.

In the short term:

* Signatures have been disabled
* The archive forum has been taken down

Once I know more, I'll keep you all updated. This situation will be resolved.
