RIP: Steve Jobs

Sadly, Steve Jobs has died.  The first computer I ever learned to use was an Apple and although i eventually turned away from all their products I had great respect for the contributions Mr. Jobs made to computer technology.

Mr. Jobs & company changed the entire world we live in today. Truly an American icon.

I was a freshman in college when I saw my first ever Macintosh.  I got though Jr High and High School on the Apple II, and we even bought an Apple IIE for at home, but man, the Macintosh just blew me away!

I've never been a member if the Cult of Apple, but have always admired the products.  But no matter how you feel about him you can't deny his immense impact on how we interact with technology.
